So today I decided to upgrade my drobo drive<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make sure drobo is working fine<\/li>\n<li>Eject the harddrive to replace.<\/li>\n<li>Add the new harddrive in place.<\/li>\n<li>That&#8217;s it! Now just wait for the blinking lights to turn ALL GREEN.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>20180811<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Took out the 2TB WD20EZRX WD GREEN drive. To use it to backup Candlelight project and music video.<\/li>\n<li>Replaced with new 3TB Seagate Barracuda ST3000DM007 with 3yr warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Physical size of the new harddisk is smaller and stranger, did not fit into Drobo that well.<\/li>\n<li>Took photos of the new and old HDD, and will upload to Google Drive or here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To expand on this article.
