You have recently withdrawn your balance in the last 14 days – in this case your min. payout will be adjusted to 0.05 ETH. This is to reduce the transfer frequency, which would eat into the costs of JPOOL and other miners.

You would normally receive your payout automatically within 24 hours of hitting your minimum (min.) payout as shown on your dashboard.

In some cases, your automatic payout may be delayed:

1. You have recently withdrawn your balance in the last 14 days – in this case your min. payout will be adjusted to 0.05 ETH. This is to reduce the transfer frequency, which would eat into the costs of JPOOL and other miners.
2. Problems with the ETH network or selected crypto exchange (i.e. Binance) where your wallet is held at.

Therefore, if you have recently withdrawn (last 10 days), or your balance has not hit 0.05 ETH, give it some time, and you will be notified once your payout is made.

Contact us support@dotapod.com if you HAVE NOT withdrawn in the past 14 days, and your min. payout has been reached – we will make sure you receive your ETH within 24 hours.
